Region Ten serves as the Comprehensive Fiscal Sponsorship agency for SPARC. SPARC functions as a sub-program of Region Ten that benefits from a community advisory committee. All of SPARC’s revenue and expenses are tracked within Region Ten. For these purposes, Region Ten’s VISA market agreement is used for the fundraising portal on the SPARC website. Within Region Ten’s financial software, SPARC will be listed as a separate campaign. On the SPARC website, we acknowledge our unique identity, and are clear that our fiscal sponsorship is by Region Ten Community Services Board.
